BOOKING RULES
Payments
The payments methods accepted are cards and cash. Each appointment will require a non-refundable deposit or you can pay in full. That deposit will go towards your service, the remaining balance will be collected at the end of your appointment.
Late Policy
If you are running late, you have a 10 minute grace period. Arriving late could potentially alter the service that was booked. If you are more than minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled.
Cancellations
Cancellations will result in a 50% charge.If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any changes can be made within your confirmation email. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service that was booked.
Scheduling
All appointments need to be booked online or in person during your appointment. Please no DMs. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please refer to your appointment confirmation email. There is a reschedule/ cancel option you can click on. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment.
